Can we all agree that if you don't have your health you don't have much of a life? Every part of your life relies on you having good health. Without good health you cannot climb higher in all other aspects of your life. The more energy you have the more you will get done. There are four areas of health I like to focus on, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. All four create a balanced life so that you can enjoy your family, work, and friends. All four of these layers of health are important. If you are physically fit, but are a basket case in your mind you'll have issues.
So, if you want all four of these layers of health firing on all cylinders, you need to work on them. They don't come automatically just because you want them. Set up the four quadrants of success and make a plan to improve your health.
1. Goal to improve health: eat better, quit smoking, exercise, read, meditate, positive thinking etc. Know your true Potential in these areas and go for it!
2. Action plan on how your going to quit smoking, eat better, read, etc
3. See your Results. If at first you don't see success, go back to your commitment level and action plan. That's where you will find the answers.
4. Beliefs will change with success and higher energy levels. I haven't met a single person that wasn't gleaming from ear to ear after losing 30-50 lbs. You should be proud of yourself when you have success in any area of your life.
So, start today and write some goals for better health. You will be more than happy that you did and every part of your life will as well.
