Gratitude Sunday - Special Video

Happy Gratitude Sunday,

Every Sunday I write about gratitude and being grateful for what you have. It's something near and dear to my heart and it's a big part of my Beautiful State. I go throughout my day giving thanks, even if it's just for the little things in life. Like with anything in life, it takes practice and commitment. 

I would love to see everyone become more grateful for what they have. At times, we can take the little things, like waking up, for granted as well as the simple things in life. We all have so much, if we focus on these precious gifts. 

Instead of going through a list of things we should all be grateful for, I want you to do the exercise. Take out a piece of paper and write down all the things you are grateful for. Sometimes you have to dig deep if you're in a suffering state. Give it some time and look around at what you have. What do you see? How do you feel? In most cases we don't have to look far to see or feel things we should be grateful for. If you need some help, watch the video below. I think you will find the video very inspiring. Focus on what you have and not on what you don't have.
