3/4/2019 0 Comments Choose Your StateWinners, I have been writing to you every day for the past 11 months now about personal development. At times, I wondered how I could pull it off with my busy schedule. Why do I do it? I do it for you and I do it for myself. It truly has been the greatest habit and ritual of my life. I look forward to waking up and figuring out what to write about and hand selecting a video from YouTube on that given day. I appreciate the comments and I know they make a difference in the lives of another. It's all been a choice and I LOVE IT!! So, what choices do you make on a daily basis? For example, we have a choice to live in a Beautiful State or a Suffering/Stressful State every minute of every day. A Beautiful State comes from the heart. It's a state of calmness, connectedness, creativity, gratitude, love, compassion, presence, innovation, bliss, health, wealth, abundance and so much more. A Suffering State is a life of fear, worry, sadness, frustration, being overwhelmed, angry, depressed, agitated etc. These two states are a choice. It takes a lot of work to live in a Beautiful State. As Tony Robbins explains in the video below, he has a 90 second rule, if he falls out of the Beautiful State. A Suffering State on the other hand is easy to live in because most of the information you allow into your mind comes from a Suffering State. If you decide to live 98% of your life in a Beautiful State, it will take a lot of learning, meditation and control of every thought you have. Is it worth it? The answer is Yes!! Watch the video below and read on the subject of a Beautiful State. It could turn your life from average to outstanding over night.
